Music director of the festival – John Partridge – is a nationally known ragtime composer and performer who has performed at festivals in Eau Claire, San Antonio, Sedalia and Sutter Creek. He is also director of Music Ministries at the First Presbyterian Church of Napa and Music Director of the Sonoma Hometown Band.

Long-time participant in the Wine Country Ragtime Festival and a nationally known ragtime composer and performer, Larisa recently gave a solo recital at Carnegie Hall.

Maple Profant is a Jazz, Boogie, and Blues Pianist and Vocalist, performing regularly in Northern California venues. Maple grew up near Chicago and consequently has a fondness for trains, rivers, fedoras, and stories of Al Capone style nightclubs. Maple plays solo, in bands, on live radio, for theater, in the studio, and even once sat in and improvised with an orchestra. Maple aims to make you fall in love under the spell of Piano Noir.

Debbie Knapp
Deborah Knapp started playing piano at age 5 with classical studies. By late childhood she was playing Ragtime– encouraged by older parents with a love of Ragtime and songs from the era. After studying music performance at SF state University and after years of teaching piano, Deborah is currently playing with the Jack London Piano Club and various other venues. In addition, Debbie is playing keyboard for Silver Moon Theatre’s “Old Time Radio Shows” at Murphy’s Pub in Sonoma.
